The LR1 MavLink Expander is a product designed for the direct control of exposure values and buttons through MavLink on the Sony ILX-LR1.
Compatible with PX4 and Ardupilot.
Our ENTIRE R3 module offers EXIF geotagging via USB and exposure controls via WiFi. However, if you prefer to avoid WiFi remote control, you have the option to use our LR1 MavLink Expander. This module needs to be installed into the camera and provides you with remote control over:
- Shutter Speed
- Aperture
- ISO
- Exposure correction
- Exposure mode (P/A/S/M)
- MENU & Navigation (Left/Right/Up/Down/OK)
- Switch between PHOTO/MOVIE mode
- AF Activation
- Trigger Photo/Movie
The LR1 MavLink Expander can be used connected with the ENTIRE R3 system or as a standalone device with direct support for MavLink protocol. All of our camera control software, including MavCam, the MissionPlanner plugin, and the standalone tool for QGC, is compatible with the LR1 MavLink Expander.
Wires included:
– Harness for connection to the Pixhawk via Pixy-LR gimbal AUX port and Camera’s 6pin Molex connector
– Adaptor cable for direct connection of LR1 Expander to the Pixhawk (JST GH 6pin)
